Sunnytrips LLC ("We," “Us,” and “Our”) offer Free Membership program ("Program") by invitation and referrals only at the sole discretion of Sunnytrips LLC, and is open only to US residents who are 18 years of age and older, have a valid email address, cell phone number, and residential address. Participation in the program is subject to these Terms and Conditions. The terms “Member”, “You” and “Your” throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any member and any person invited or referred to participate in the Program, as applicable. The Program is void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations. The Terms and Conditions of this Program are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. Our suppliers are in no way affiliated with or responsible for Our membership Program administration.
By participating in the Program, Members can enjoy the Program benefits, subject to these Terms and Conditions and the availability of eligible travel and reward items. We may in Our sole discretion modify any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Program — including, but not limited to, the conditions for membership, and the policies of price match, payment, cash back, deposit, cancellation, change, refund, low price guarantee, VIP resorts, member referral cash bonus, member loyalty incentives, and free personalized travel consultation — at any time, even though these changes may affect your ability to use any benefits you have already earned. In the event any of these Terms and Conditions are modified, the latest date of update will be indicated on the Membership Terms and Conditions page. You may refuse the amendment and rescind, or cancel your participation in the Program without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us a notice to that effect any time after the update.
We reserve the right in Our sole discretion to disqualify any Member We find to be tampering with the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in a fraudulent or deceptive manner. Any attempt by any Member to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, We reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Us to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind concerning the Program. To the extent permissible under the applicable law, you agree to release Us and Our affiliates and partners from all liability regarding the use of any benefits that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed.
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as We decides to terminate the Program. We may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, We shall consolidate all unused credits and bonus in the Member’s account in a check and pay it to the Member by our bank’s business Bill Pay service within 30 days. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the website at www.sunnytrips.travel/cpages/terms-and-conditions and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of this Terms and Conditions becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Terms and Conditions. We will try and settle any complaints quickly and fairly and all correspondence should be sent to customerservice@sunnytrips.travel.
